INKSTATION SG PRIVATE LIMITED operates a direct-to-consumer (DTC) retail model for the Drywipeink brand. We have comprehensive administrative and physical oversight of our key business activities. For our core office and educational supplies lines—particularly whiteboard markers, whiteboards, and whiteboard erasers—we actively manage and manufacture all products in-house. This internal oversight ensures consistency of the physical products we display before retail sales.

Physical Inventory and Ready Stock

We operate strictly on a physical, ready-to-dispatch inventory basis. Every product listed as available on our website corresponds to tangible stock currently held within our direct infrastructure. We do not utilise made-to-order procedures, nor do we employ external supply chain routing where goods are dispatched from external manufacturers directly to the end consumer. All items are pre-manufactured and ready for immediate allocation upon the initiation of a purchase.

Internal Facility Management
Our physical inventory is consolidated, maintained, and managed exclusively at our central operations facility:

The daily operations, storage protocols, and inventory audits within this facility are directed and executed solely by our internal personnel. We do not outsource the physical storage, handling, or dispatch preparation of our Drywipeink merchandise to external third parties. This internalised warehousing structure allows us to maintain direct physical possession of the goods until they are handed over to international carriers.

Order Fulfilment Execution
Our order processing workflow is structured to facilitate direct control and efficiency. From the moment an order is confirmed on our website, the fulfilment process is managed internally:

Retrieval: Our operations team physically retrieves the corresponding ready stock from our Singapore facility.

Preparation: The items undergo standard visual verification by our staff to ensure the correct products are being dispatched.

Packaging and Handover: Our personnel execute the final packaging procedures. The prepared orders are then promptly handed over to our designated international logistics carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) for transit to our customers across the European Union.

Product processing time is 1-3 business days.
