INKSTATION SG PRIVATE LIMITED structures its commercial operations in accordance with the consumer protection legislations of our primary markets, including Europe. - Standard Returns: Right of Withdrawal
Under the European Consumer Rights Directive, consumers have the “right to withdraw”. You have the right to withdraw from your commercial contract and return the purchased goods within 14 business days from the date you, or a designated third party, acquire physical possession of the items, without providing any justification.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the direct transit costs associated with returning the goods to our Singapore facility under the standard Right of Withdrawal.
- Damaged or Defective Goods
We maintain strict quality oversight; however, should an item arrive with material defects or sustain damage during international transit, we offer an expedited resolution process.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team at unarticulated@drywipeink.com within the 14-day receiving period. You are required to provide clear photographic evidence of the stated issue in your correspondence. Upon our operational verification of the submitted photographs, we will process a full refund or issue a replacement order. The physical return of the damaged or defective item to our Singapore facility is not required to process this specific resolution.
- Transit Timeframes and Delivery Delays
We collaborate with recognised international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, utilising their priority dispatch services. The standard estimated transit duration to Europe is 5 to 7 business days.
To maintain transparency, our system issues automated status updates to your registered email address during key transit nodes: upon order dispatch, upon arrival at regional sorting facilities, and prior to final local delivery.
If a delivery extends beyond the standard 5 to 7 business day timeframe, we will initiate a formal inquiry with the respective carrier. Based on the factual findings of this inquiry, we will resolve the matter by issuing a full refund for the order or arranging a replacement shipment.
